Well, At Least I'll Be Ready For A Talk...

So... I read a scripture last night about repentance, and I was like, "Hmmmmmm... This could make a good lesson...." So I marked a bunch of scriptures about repentance and I went through all of my gospel reference books doing that also. Then i was like, "Well, we can repent because of the Atonement." So I went through and marked stuff about that too. And THEN I realized that since we can repent and wash away our sins, we are able to spend eternity in Heaven. So I marked a bunch of stuff about eternal life and stuff. And so I might give a FHE lesson about all of this....
And recently at a mutual activity they gave us a list of like, 110 10 hour projects, and one of them is to make a collection of FHE lessons and activities. And we got a thing like that from a primary activity thing once, but those are all really short and made for little kids and I think it would be nice to get a fresh, new set of lessons. So that might be my 10 hour project. Because it was easy to use like, the TG and BD and everything to get this stuff. Not as hard as I thought it would be.

I tried out for solo parts for choir, but I don't really think I'll be that disappointed if I don't get them because it scared me just to try out. =/ And if I do get the parts, then I don't know what I'm going to do. I'll probably pee my pants or something...

I also got my hair cut real short... So yeah...

The Ice Skating Stalker

So, I went to Becca's birthday party, right? Well, it turns out we went ICE SKATING!!!! Very exciting, I know. It was my first time. It was very fun, but I will probably not do it again. Unless its a date that a guy takes me on. Or I feel like going ice skating. But I got a lot of blisters, and I only fell once. And the only reason I fell was because some kid decided it would fun to knock me over. And this is where my exciting story begins.
Me & Crystal were hanging on to each other for dear life, well perhaps less dramatic but still hanging, when this kid who's about Jacob's age comes zooming in between us. I, being the off balance human I am, fall to the ice. My bum was thoroughly soaked. Well, two guys that worked there came running over. One of them helped me up while the other proceeded to run to the kid who did this dastardly deed and knocked him over.... twice. Yep, he ran over there, pushed the kid to the ground, then as the kid got to skate away from this crazed man, pushed him again. It was actually quite enjoyable. A few seconds after this happened, the announcement came on over the speakers that "If you kids want to zoom in and out of the other skaters, and knock over the less skilled ones than you, I WILL kick you out!" Which is actually what he said. Maybe not word for word, but that IS what he said. Even the "less skilled" part. I was hurt. This guy also seemed to always be RIGHT THERE too. STALKER!!!!
This was also quite funny because Crystal got run into, which made her skate into a cone and fall, which made the person behind us skate over her hand and cut it. No one ran over to her. She also fell down another time. Still, no one came. Then she had a couple spots of momentary blindness.
I think that over all my experience was better than hers.

so, we watched A Christmas Story yesterday. only dad wasn't there, so it wasn't the same. he was at work DX.
lindsey, i walked all the way to your house and when i got there, no one was even there so i walked back home. you knew i was coming and you didn't even leave a key or anything! i guess you won't be able to see my parka or the way i can pick you up -sigh- perhaps i'll visit you after the new year. ;D
ya, i know i'm crazy *cough cough* mrs. lucas *cough cough* ;D
so we had our concert a couple tuesdays ago, well maybe last tuesday, and they showed us the tape of it. we sounded barfy.
i was taking care of the chickens yesterday, and somehow got poo all over me, so i went and changed. and the windshield on mom's car got bashed in by some lunatic while she and my dad were at a party.
i bought myself a slinky and named him Emmett. just more proof of how obsessed i am with twilight.
i also got really good Christmas presents for people because i have money! it's from babysitting and house/cat sitting. and even though yogi bit me a couple times, i like watching him more than children, i have decided. this is why:

he doesn't get stupid cars all tangled up in my hair :
he is quiet and doesn't make me play with him
he is soft =3
he has a tail
he dos funny things that are so adorable!
some children are okay, but just, no.
i have also been really tired lately. and i don't even get to sleep in that late because i need to feed the chickens and then at night i'm not tired so i stay up and read and this just continues my whole life. :/

ITS THE BEST DAY EVER!!!!

STEPHENIE MEYER'S BROTHER PAUL GOES TO MY CHURCH!!! HE'S IN THE SPANISH GROUP IN MY WARD AND I MET HIM TODAY!!!! AND HE SAID THAT IF WE WANT A BOOK SIGNED WE CAN GIVE IT TO HIM AND HE'LL GIVE IT TO HIS SISTER!! OMG I'M SOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!

sooo exciting!

I am once again sharing my excitement over Twilight. its probably the best book ever. and even tho the movie won't be as good as the book, and none of the characters match the ones in my mind, i know i'm going to love it. now excuse me for a second while i shriek with glee.
ok, its a good thing no one was around to hear that. my whole life is pretty much based around twilight. like, apples are my favorite fruit, pizza is one of my favorite foods (tho i eat it everyday for lunch, which gets boring), my favorite poem is fire and ice, forks are my favorite utensils, edward is my favorite name, wolves are one of my favorite animals, chess is one of my favorite games, my top two favorite colors are black and red, and twilight is my favorite time of day. when i have kids, i'm going to name them after the characters in the book, and when little Edward asks where his name comes from i'll say,
"from a hot vampire in my favorite book series"
and before ant boy kisses me he's going to have to put in gold contacts and rub his lips with ice. maybe i'll even make him carry me around on his back. he'll have to run too.

but anyways, now i'm 13. a teenager. i get to be a brat now and throw fits if i don't get my way!

really, people! i just don't get what's so great about him!

before anyone says anything about me being an "ignorant hater", i am not a hater. i just disagree and don't see how anyone could think these things are really ok in the first place. and before anyone says anything about "people should take iq quizzes before they vote to keep out the stupids", you're stupid for saying that! if it was up to you, only people who want the same president as you would be allowed to vote! i'm not even old enough to vote! i can't even believe i got sucked into this whole political thing! this is the first time i've ever really cared! but here's what bothers me about, yes, obama.

• he's for abortion! thats horrible! its killing a child, which is murder!!! if murder is against the law, why would abortion be ok? i feel thats a double-standard. and he is also for late-abortion. thats even worse! the child is already born! do you know how many people would kill themselves for that child? its like me going up to a five-year-old and killing them because "i wanted my life to be like it was before the child entered my life" or because "i don't like children" plus, alot of the people who have had abortions regret it.


• gay marriage. i'm not against gays, i just don't really think they should be gay. like, i don't hate them as a person or anything, i just don't like that they are gay. know what i mean? and if youre for gay marriage and thats the only reason youre voting for obama, you can vote for mccain then just vote no on prop 102 or something. i know you guys will argue "but people should be able to choose what makes them happy!" and i understand that. but marriage between a man and a women is ordained of God. God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. Adam and Eve. if He wanted it that way He would have made it that way.


• he lies. like, all the time. i would never be able to trust him.


• he wants to "spread the wealth" what kind of poo is that? (please excuse my word choice) i just think that is ridiculous! people should learn how to work! i mean, sure some people would have it off "better" as someone i know put it. so what?

If obama (no, i will not capitalize his name) wins, i seriously think the world will end in 2012 when the second coming happens. cuz everything will be all chaos. and no these are not the only reasons, i just wanted to stop and thank everyone for getting me hooked onto all this stupid political stuff. i would be angrier at you but hate is bad, and this election is the difference between life(McCain) and death(obama) to me. now, goodbye while i go and eat some dinner.

I am VERY upset

i just am very upset by some things.
first of all, everywhere i look, there is someone fighting with someone else over who should win the election. i know people have different opinions on things, but why the screaming? and whats with the whole "haters" thing? i'm not very old (like SOME people ;D) but i've heard and seen many examples of "haters" in my life, which most of the time is someone who hates someone else. not someone who disagrees with someone else's ideas and thoughts and ways of life! (yes, those two things are very different) i find some of this stuff in everything i do, and everywhere i go. (school, tv, on the computer, even in books, gosh! is no where safe from these endless haters?) but i just realized something, wouldn't someone who is calling someone a hater, BE A HATER?!? they are hating on the haters, who in most cases, aren't even haters! but i just don't get why they must be there. so you disagree with someone, so what? just calm down and have a nice, non-violent discussion. or something like that. a lot of my friends want obama to win. i don't. one actually asked me to move to canada with her if mcCain won. i politely refused her offer btw. i don't hate obama, i just don't think he would be a good pres. in fact, i don't really want obama OR mcCain to win. but not voting (even though i'm not old enuf to vote yet, but if i could) would be one vote for the wrong guy. ok but anyways. JUST STOP SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER EVERY TIME THE STUPID ELECTION COMES UP IN A CONVERSATION! I KNOW I'M SCREAMING NOW, BUT I'M A CHILD AND IT FRUSTRATES ME THAT PEOPLE CAN'T JUST BE FRIENDLY ABOUT IMPORTANT STUFF LIKE THIS! DID YOU EVER THINK MAYBE THINGS WOULD GO NICER WITHOUT THE CONSTANT FIGHTING?
also, people think that because i'm a child, i don't know anything! even tho most of the time i repeat to people what they've said to me. people just don't hear sometimes how stupid they sound. (like how stupid i'm sounding now, except i know i'm sounding stupid) i bet half the time, people just say things because they want to sound like they know whats going on, not because they are really concerned with important stuff.
speaking of important, here a list of what i want for my bday (jk jk i just wanted to remind everyone thats its getting very close)
but anyways, in my opinion, just stop calling everyone a hater who disagrees with you and be prepared to be called a hater yourself. and DON'T just start talking about politics to hear yourself talk or watch someone scream. if you did, well that just wouldn't be very nice now, would it?
and i don't think that this post turned out very well, but i really do just wanna smack people sometimes and be like "stop! think! then talk! better?" but most of the time i'm not very violent. but doesn't anyone care that this hurts me? technically, i'm still a child! do you people enjoying hurting children? no? then re-think about some things, go through the facts and opinions on stuff. (if you are one of the people who said yes {i know your out there!} then shame on you!)
ok but ya, pretty much this post stinks and i probably shouldn't have said anything, but if i didn't my head would explode. this isn't exactly how i feel of (yes, of!) things, but i let my felings out the best i could. you know what? just pretend i never said anything. there, isn't that better? besides, a lot of people have talked about this stuff and you don't need a child's point of view bothering yours, right?

The Twilight Saga

sorry i haven't updated in a while. i've been grounded.
on the upside, i discovered my soul-mate! Edward Cullen. i have read all the books, and i can't wit for Midnight Sun's arrival. of course thats quite a while away.
i also wanna go see the movie when it comes out. of course, Edward is way hotter in the book than he is in the movie. but im totally addicted to him. i even have real dreams about him when im asleep!
but anyways i love Edward Cullen. thats pretty much all i wanted to say.

Name Change!!!!

i have changed my name from maddy, to madii. i did this for a couple reasons.
1- it looks awesome!
2- its unique
3- my friend spells it like that :D
4- i changed my mii so it spells it like that
5- there is no fifth reason, i just wanted to round it off ;)

and for those who didn't know, i got new glasses. they are purple and have flowers on the sides.

i don't really remember the rest of camp, but it was fun. now i just have to worry abou school starting next month. Dx im gonna get layers again. and i wanna dye (not die, that would be bad) my hair either dark-dark-red, strawberry-red, or blonde. possibly strawberry-blonde. maybe even black. but, if none of those colors im keeping it the way it is.

then we made breakfast at our cabins. only that didn't work out to well. we were using a propane stove and i was sitting next to it right? guess what happened when we got a leak. i got hit with propane faster than lightning. i almost exploded but my awesomeness saved me. so the cabins next to us shared their stoves with us. and while this was all happenening, the cabin moms got a nice breakfast at the ramada.
classes we had free time first. so i went and did secret sister then. then we had sports2, cert3, dance2, and crafts2. and of course the all important snack :)

camp day 2

i don't wanna type a whole big thing again, so here it is...
flag, devotional, breakfast/breakfast capers, hike!!!! it was a three mile hike for first and third years. it was pretty too. classes and snack. we only had two classes that day cuz of he hike. cert2 and dance1. dasnce was fun, i really liked it. and sister paris (one of our cabin moms) said we learned faster than the second years.
then we had D.E.A.R. time. then another cabin mom meeting so i did secret sisters then too. then flag, dinner and capers. then we performed our skits. it was pretty funny. one of the funniest ones. our theme was to defeat the dragon. the dragon wanted to make kids not do their best in school. i was the superhero who saved everyone. and what would be a better costume for me other than a 44DD bra and the pink umbrella? nothing, thats what. maybe rebecca will send me a copy of the picture she took of me in it. anyway, then we had dessert, cabin devotional and night night time.

hmmm camp, day 1

well since im such a nice person and don't want to ruin my sister's life, here is girl's camp!
we left on thursday and when we got there we went to our cabin, unpacked, decorated. our cabin moms went to the ramada and got our skit bags. then when they got back, we worked on our skits. our skit bag had an umrella, 44 DD bra, a rattle from the d-backs (old colors), bubbles, a spiderman bag, a mickey mouse hat, a magic eight ball, a barbie head, and another hat. then we had classes (my classes that day were sports 1, Cert1, and Crafts 1) and snacks. then D.E.A.R. time. then a cabin mom meeting(most ppl did secret sistrs at this time) then flag, dinner, capers, and ward pictures. then an evening program (i forget wat it was) dessert, cabin devotionals. then night night time. but a lot of ppl (like me for example) pranked the cabin, or at least tried to.

FINE ILL UPDATE!

okay heres my update. we got second place in regionals for odyssey of the mind fifth in state but the ones that won werent even good! tyler came home. we have six chickens - tina, cowbert, rose, and stella. the other two are actually roosters. their names are steve and marty. they are little fatties and are gonna get eaten. fine. there happy? i updated! NOW GET OFF MY BACK!!!!
